You will find all the tools and equipment you need to make batik here. We buy the cantings (pronounced tjantings) wax pens, batik process sets and plain fabrics and scarves for batik from Java where the best batik in the world is made. After many years of experience of teaching batik in our workshops, and consultation with other batikers, we believe all our equipment is the best available.

We buy our dyes and waxes from very long established companies in the UK and use them ourselves in our workshops. Our wooden printing blocks come from a small family workshop in northern India.
